Judges do not run on issues. They seek to be elected or appointed as a Judge based on their extensive legal experience and knowledge of the law and to make rulings based on the law as found in the statutes and case law.

According to court records, the 380th Court hears approximately 55% family law matters, 35% civil trial and personal injury matters and the remainder felony criminal cases. I have been licensed for 22 years, in addition to 10 years as a litigation paralegal, clerk and intern in a large law firm, for over thirty (30) plus years working in the legal field. I have tried cases involving family law and civil trial matters, personal injury cases and probate litigation in both State and Federal Court to juries. In addition, I am the ONLY candidate in my race who is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., the highest Court in the land.

Further, I was appointed by Judge Don Stevenson in Plano, where I served as a Teen Court Judge and sat on the bench for four (4) years hearing criminal misdemeanor cases.

Not only am I the most qualified to serve as the next Judge of the Court, as the recently selected “Rotarian of the Year”, I believe in and practice the Rotary motto, “Service above Self” by donating thousands of hours volunteering in the community.
