22 years trial and litigation experience in Family Law, Civil Trials, Personal Injury, Probate Litigation,; Wills, Trust and Estate Planning; Criminal Defense (Misdemeanors); and Teen Court Judge; first and second chaired jury trials in civil litigation matters in both State and Federal courts; numerous bench trials in family law and personal injury matters; familiar wit Motions for Summary Judgement, jury selection, discovery, discovery disputes, open and closing arguments and appeals to both the State Appeal Courts and 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, New Orleans.
